WALLIS MODEL 7C HAND OPERATED

NEW THREE-WHEELED SPRAYER

The sprayer is of a robust construction and will accept standard emulsion drums either horizontally or vertically.  The sprayer is mounted on 16 x 4 cushion wheels.  A strong, lockable tool-box is incorporated.

PUMP  The self priming ball valve pump is designed to handle cold anionic and cationic bituminous emulsions, and incorporates air chamber, pump piston rod lubrication and strainer system.

SPRAY LINE  Ten feet (3.05m) of armoured spray hose and a five foot (1.52m) spray lance with three piece nozzle for easy cleaning is fitted.  Fine, medium and large spray jet nozzles are supplied as standard.

 

 The sprayer operates in the same way as the original model 7C sprayer shown, but incorporates:
 
bullet a flushing tank - to enable pump cleaning.
bullet drawbar - allows greater manoeuvrability.
bullet loading ramp with barrel support and chain securing linkage.
bulletInterchangeable spare parts throughout the sprayer range.
