THE ‘HOT DOG’
HIGH PERFORMANCE BURNER

wpe4.jpg (25912 bytes)

Using pre-heated propane fuel, the “Hot Dog” generates a massive 100cm turbo flame out of an equally large stainless steel burner some 80mm in diameter and 250mm in length, giving an output of 124 Kw.

Ideally suited for the heavy-duty environment pre-heating, roofing or road and asphalt work, the “Hot Dog” is 1 metre in length and has a built in stand.

By circulating the fuel inside the burner the fuel is pre-heated before ignition to achieve the high output.

To conserve fuel , the two stage universal handle fitted as standard, shuts down to pilot flame when not in use.

MEASURING EQUIPMENT

We can supply a rate of spread tray and balance for use with the CE95 pre-coated
chipspreader.

Rate Of Spread Balance. As described in BS598, the calibrated spring balance,
when used in conjunction with the rate of spread of tray, will determine the rate of
spread of coated chippings in terms of kg/m3; and will accept rates of spread of
between 4 and 16kg/m3.

Rate Of Spread Tray, manufactured from aluminium, 300mm square complete
with chains and lifting eye.
